Rental Information & Rates

Central Hall offers two floors of great event space —
a kitchen and banquet area on the first floor, and a stage and large event space on the second floor, both easily transformable to suit your needs.

Rentals are typically available from approximately April 15 – December 1. These dates may be dependent on seasonal weather conditions.

Don’t hesitate to make an inquiry to learn more about how the space can be used for your event.

  • Kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, oven and stovetop (no frying)
  • Dishware/cookware
  • 6 fixed tables with wooden chairs seating 72 on the first floor
  • 52 folding chairs plus wooden benches available to set up on the second floor
  • Additional folding tables available to set up
  • Stage
  • Wifi Internet

Book Central Hall for your private or community event.

All residents of South Blue Hill are part of the Ladies’ Public Improvement Society (LPIS) and can benefit from the discounted rental rate for private events. If you would like to volunteer to help put on public events that benefit the neighborhood and the LPIS, please get in touch!
