Central Hall offers two floors of great event space —
a kitchen and banquet area on the first floor, and a stage and large event space on the second floor, both easily transformable to suit your needs.

Rentals are typically available from approximately April 15 – December 1. These dates may be dependent on seasonal weather conditions.

Where is Central Hall?

Central Hall is located at 306 Falls Bridge Rd, Blue Hill, ME 04614. South Blue Hill is a beautiful, scenic neighborhood just a 10 minute drive from Blue Hill’s charming village center, with plenty of local inns, restaurants, and grocery stores nearby.

What is the occupancy for the hall?

The maximum occupancy for the second floor is 100, and there 52 folding chairs and several wooden benches available on the second floor. The first floor has 6 tables with wooden chairs that comfortably seat 12 each (72 total).

Where can I park?

There is room for 8-10 cars in the driveway/parking area at the Hall. The Hall does not own the grass field adjacent to the Hall. Please DO NOT park in the field. Parking in the driveway and along the road is permitted. If parking on the road, please park on one side only to prevent blocking the road.

Can I serve alcohol at my event?

Alcohol may not be sold on the premises without prior written approval of LPIS and any required licenses. Alcohol may only be served on the premises if the renter has appropriate liability insurance coverage, and signs the rental contract to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Ladies Public Improvement Society from any and all damages resulting from the use or serving of alcohol.

How accessible is the hall?

The first floor of the hall is wheelchair accessible via a ramp at the side entrance. The second floor of the hall is only accessible via stairs.
